Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at guanwenjie928@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns without prior approval will not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Quality Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll evaluate the issue and provide a free replacement or refund — you won't have to pay for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund.
